I want to say a big thank you to all the fabulous people at the Santa Barbara Bridge Center - it was a great couple of days with you all! I hope to see many of you again in May. (I’ll be doing a CA teaching tour in May — more details of that in the coming weeks).
We finish out our month on declarer play by turning our focus to reading the the opponents’ discards. We look at the Idle Fifth concept and see how we can use it to help us interpret what is “going on” while the opponents are discarding.
Keep working hard on your declarer play. It is a part of the game that one gets better at slowly, through practice and experience.
